About this event
En Camino con la Comunidad is a weekly service opportunity for University of Maryland students. Students are transported by van from campus to a community center in Langley Park. University students tutor and mentor elementary school children (pre-k to 6th grade) for several hours. Volunteers help the children with homework, reading, workbooks, crafts and games. We are always looking for more volunteers! We meet at the Memorial Chapel each Wednesday and travel together to the community.
